Delivery charges:
For purchases below SGD$299, there will be a delivery charge of SGD$18 per location.
Delivery is FREE for purchases of above SGD$299 to a single location.
Delivery time:
- 5 to 7 business days (provided item is in stock).
- Delivery time is from Mon to Fri, 10am to 6pm. No deliveries on weekends and public holidays.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive an SMS from TEMPUR with the delivery date. You can reply to the SMS with the 6-digit numeric code provided to either reschedule or confirm your delivery.
Please note:
- TEMPUR SG is only able to deliver a product to an address within Singapore (excluding all offshore islands except Sentosa).
