Return policy

We’re passionate about delivering your best night’s sleep, hence our dedication to providing you high quality products with the confidence to extend long warranties (15 years limited warranty / 10 years full warranty for mattresses; 3 years for pillows). More details are explained on our 'Warranty Information' page. 
 
Because mattresses and pillows are regarded as highly personal items, which are generally expected to meet the highest hygiene standards, we are unable to support unconditional returns.
 
Once purchased, products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
 
Any case valid for a refund/return is applicable only for the following reasons: (1) the product is damaged or faulty; (2) the product delivered is not what you have ordered. Any such cases have to be reported at time of delivery. (Note: verification and validation of claim is required at time of delivery). More details are explained in our terms and conditions page.
